Power Animal & Intuitive Drawing Workshop

An intimate workshop blending Power Animals, guided reflection, and intuitive drawing

About the Workshop

This is a workshop about meeting an animal and drawing it.

We begin with a short grounding and a guided drum journey — about 25 minutes — that invites each participant to encounter a power animal: an image, a presence, a creature that shows up when you make space for it. Some people meet an animal they expected. Some meet one that surprises them. Some meet a feeling more than a form. All of it is material to work with.

From there, we move into the heart of the workshop: an extended ink drawing session, where each person brings the animal they met into form on paper — slowly, intuitively, with whatever line and detail feels true to them.

You don't need to know how to draw. You don't need to have done anything like this before. You need to be willing to sit quietly for a little while and trust what surfaces.

I host these workshops in my home studio in Ericeira, in small groups, with materials provided and tea on the table.

What we'll do together

A short grounding to settle into the space. A 25-minute guided drum journey to meet your power animal. An extended ink drawing session, where you bring that animal into form on paper. A quiet moment of reflection at the end, and space to share if you'd like.
