Animals drawn in ink and silence
Original drawings, limited editions, and commissions.
Each drawing begins with observation and unfolds slowly — through line, repetition, and symbolic detail. Working in black ink on paper, I explore animals as carriers of presence, memory, and quiet power. The work is shaped by growing up in Mexico — by its animals, its patterns, its way of seeing the natural world as alive and interconnected.
The Nahual
In Mexican tradition, the nahual is the animal that walks beside you — a companion, a mirror, a quiet source of strength. This idea is at the heart of my practice. Each drawing is an attempt to meet that animal — with intention, reverence, and a sense of mystery. The work is available as original drawings, limited edition prints, and commissions.
“I immediately connected to the piece. It feels both powerful and deeply personal, and its presence in my home means so much to me”.
— Elisabeth Mück, Germany
About the Artist
I'm a Mexican artist based in Portugal. Working in black ink on paper, I draw animals as subjects of stillness, observation, and symbolic meaning. My work is shaped by a deep connection to the natural world and by the belief that animals carry something we recognize but can't always name.
Workshops
I lead small-group workshops that blend intuitive drawing, guided visualization, and animal symbolism. They're rooted in the same ideas as my drawings — presence, observation, and our connection to the animal world — brought into a participatory, hands-on format.
